What happens next

  1. We identify the transaction type (Buyer Financing / Cash / New Listing / Seller Pending) and every document in the packet.
  2. We pull every field we can from each document — address, price, dates, parties, lender, EMD, splits, and more.
  3. You review the extracted data and fill the handful of fields no document contains.
  4. We write the confirmed data to your GHL opportunity and give you back a pre-filled Summary Sheet.
